A Duel referral code only works if it is present when the account is created. These are the steps for DUELHELP.

How do I use a Duel referral code?

  1. Open https://duel.com/r/duelhelp. That URL is the referral link for DUELHELP.
  2. Choose Register / Sign up on Duel.com. Do not create the account on this website — it cannot host Duel logins.
  3. Look for a checkbox or optional field labelled referral code, promo code, or similar. Expand it if it is collapsed.
  4. If the field is empty, type DUELHELP with no spaces. Check the spelling before you continue.
  5. Submit the form and finish any verification Duel shows (email, 2FA, or device checks).
  6. After login, look for an active-code, rewards, or settings view. If the code is missing and you have just signed up, contact Duel support immediately. Referral codes are normally applied at registration. If the field is missed, Duel's own process — not this website — decides whether support can attach a code later. Do not assume a code can be added after the account exists.

Where to enter it

You enter a Duel referral code on Duel.com's registration form — not in cashier, not in chat, and not on duelreferralcode.net. The referral URL is only a pointer into that form.

If you already have an account created without a code, do not open a second account to force DUELHELP. That can breach Duel's rules. Ask Duel support once; then accept their answer.

What this code does not do

  • It does not bypass geo-blocks or age checks.
  • It does not guarantee a rakeback rate.
  • It does not skip KYC if Duel requests documents.

For the current code and rewards context, use the Duel.com referral code homepage. For the rest of registration, see how to create a Duel account.
