What is Duel.com?
Duel.com is an online gambling platform operated by Immortal Snail LLC, a Nevis company (registration L22982) with a published office at Arthur L. Evelyn Building, Suite 5, Main Street, Charlestown, Nevis, West Indies. It is licensed by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros under license ALSI-202411026-FI1. Operator contact listed on Duel: hey@duel.com.
The product mix is casino (including in-house Originals, slots, and live tables) plus sports betting. Duel publicly emphasises provably fair house games and thin house edge on Originals within limits, rather than a giant matched welcome bonus.
Anjouan licensing is real as a regulatory fact Duel discloses. It is not equivalent to a UK Gambling Commission or Malta Gaming Authority licence. Players should understand that dispute routes and advertising standards differ.
How Duel works
You create an account, fund it (commonly with crypto; other rails may exist depending on region and Duel's current processors), then play casino games or sports. House games use a committed server seed, a client seed, and a nonce so rounds can be checked after the fact. Duel explains this on duel.com/fairness.
Rewards are layered on top of game math: instant rakeback on eligible products, a zero-edge allowance on Originals, and promotional leaderboards. Those layers can change; Duel keeps an economics changelog.
Account creation
Registration happens on Duel.com. If you want this site's referral relationship applied, use the Duel referral code DUELHELP during signup. A dedicated walkthrough is on how to create a Duel account.
You must be 18 or over, and over the legal gambling age where you live. Duel's Terms of Service list countries from which it does not accept players. The list can change. Check the live terms before signing up.
Games
The lobby is broader than Originals. Third-party slots and live casino tables come from outside studios. Those titles keep the supplier's RTP and rules. Duel may overlay rakeback; it does not rewrite a slot's internal math.
Sports betting is a separate vertical with its own margin. Duel's referral FAQ treats sports affiliate share as its own category and warns that sports economics may not stay generous. Players should not assume Originals odds apply to a football parlay.
Duel Originals
Originals are Duel's in-house games. Official zero-edge documentation says Originals currently carry a 0.1% base edge, offset by 0.1% instant rakeback inside a daily allowance, and that original slots are 100% RTP by design until the allowance is exhausted. Full discussion: Duel Originals.
Provably fair means verifiable randomness, not a promise you will win. A fair 100% RTP game still has variance. Bankroll death remains possible on a short session.
Rewards
Duel does not primarily market a traditional matched-deposit welcome bonus. Rewards are built around ongoing mechanics such as instant rakeback on eligible games, zero-edge treatment on Originals within published limits, and periodic leaderboards.
See Duel rewards and Duel rakeback. This review does not paste a competitor's 50% figure as if it were a contract with you.
Referral codes
Referral codes are applied at registration. This site's code is DUELHELP. They attribute the account; they do not replace KYC, geo rules, or game edge. How-to: using a Duel referral code.

Deposits and withdrawals
Duel's terms state the operator does not profit from deposit or withdrawal fees, but third-party network or processing fees can still apply. Duel also says it can request KYC before paying a withdrawal, and that refusing documents can block access to funds.
Crypto networks differ. A Bitcoin deposit can take longer than a faster chain. Always send to the address Duel shows for that asset, and never reuse an address without checking it is still valid.
Duel's KYC policy says identity checks can be requested at any time. Full KYC is compulsory after lifetime deposits exceeding EUR 5,000, when a withdrawal of any amount is requested, or if a transaction is treated as suspicious.
User experience
The site is browser-based, with a persistent chat and a dense casino layout. That will feel native if you already use crypto casinos, and noisy if you wanted a quiet retail-casino aesthetic. Mobile is a first-class surface; there is no need for this review to invent an app-store ranking.
Support quality is not something this site can certify from a private test bench in this build. Judge response times yourself, and keep records of tickets if you move significant funds.
Pros
- Public operator, licence number, and fairness documentation.
- Originals economics are explained in Duel's own Zero Edge FAQ instead of only in ads.
- Provably fair house games with a published verification method.
- Rewards framed as rakeback and game math rather than a wagering maze.
- Economics changelog — rare honesty that numbers move.
Cons
- Offshore licence: weaker player-protection baseline than UKGC/MGA.
- Geo-blocked for many countries, including the US and UK.
- KYC can still be required, including on withdrawals.
- Rakeback rates on third-party games are easy for blogs to oversimplify.
- Chat-centric culture will not suit everyone.
- Zero-edge Originals are capped; high-volume play meets scaling edge.
May suit
- Adults who already understand crypto casino risk
- Players who prefer rakeback to wagering bonuses
- People who will actually verify Originals seeds
May not suit
- Anyone in a restricted country
- Bonus hunters who want a huge match with tiny wagering
- Players who need UK-style dispute and affordability checks
Things users should consider
- Read Duel's live terms, not a summary on a referral site.
- Apply DUELHELP only if you still have not created the account.
- Budget for loss. Rakeback is not a salary.
- Use responsible gambling limits if you play.
